The products in this shop are artist-made objects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange by emailing shop@milohachim.com within 5 business days of your purchase.

Refunds are not available. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
