The products in this shop are artist-made objects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange by emailing shop@milohachim.com within 5 business days of your purchase.

Refunds are not available. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Each shipment is unique, so for international orders I will contact you personally once you place the order to coordinate the shipping and payment method that best suits you. Please consider that it may take between 20 to 30 days to arrive at the destination.
